Nvidia expands AI ties with Hyundai, Samsung, SK, Naver

NVIDIA is strengthening its ties with the South Korean government and major firms like Samsung Electronics, SK Group, Hyundai Motor Group, and Naver. They plan to deploy over 260,000 advanced AI GPUs in the country.

The announcement came at the APEC 2025 Summit in Gyeongju. It marks a big step to make South Korea a global AI hub.

• The South Korean government plans to use about 50,000 GPUs for AI projects in its sovereign cloud.

Reddit CEO says chatbots are not a traffic driver

Reddit CEO Steve Huffman said in a recent earnings call that chatbots and AI tools aren’t bringing significant traffic to the platform. Reddit still depends mainly on direct visits and old search traffic, even with the growth of AI search and chat tools.
